In this powerful message from our study on the Book of Daniel, we explore the famous story of Daniel and the Lions’ Den. However, we look at it through a larger lens: the story of God’s grand mission and our role as “elect exiles” in the world today.

Using the life of Daniel as a roadmap, we discuss how to navigate the tension between being citizens of Heaven and residents of earthly nations. Daniel didn’t withdraw from society; he served his city with excellence and integrity, yet he refused to surrender his ultimate allegiance to King Jesus.
